Mango TV’s own international site, in English, first episode free. Season 8 is titled 《向往的生活·戏如人生》 (Back To Field · The Stage of Life), which is why a search for plain 向往的生活8 finds only clips. Which subtitles you get depends on the episode — see the subtitle line below.

First time on Mango TV?

1. Go to w.mgtv.com and put ?lang=en on the end of the address. That is the international site in English; the mainland mgtv.com is a different service.
2. Or install MangoTV from the App Store or Google Play — the international listing, not a mainland-only one.
3. English subtitles are built into the international release rather than added by fans. Viewers have reported them cutting out partway through a run, so if they stop, it is the platform, not you.
4. Some episodes are free and the rest need VIP, and which ones varies per show — where this site knows, the row says. VIP runs roughly two to five dollars a month and also unlocks FHD and HDR.
5. Mango TV states it applies no regional restrictions. That is the platform’s own claim; we have not been able to confirm it independently.
